A fully bio-engineered human disposal unit cuts down on carbon emissions and completely eliminates the DHD (disposal hesitation disorder) problems found in human PCO(Population Control Officers). Programmable BIPC or behaviorial infuence and parameter control allows the creature to to autonomously seek out and eliminate user designated targets and/or target groups.
